I am pretty much a fan of youth in NT, it really is one of the best ways to keep managers training. But do like a grizzly old bear for hard times.

@Activist you will always be my reference as NT managers go. I have seen you open to get people involved in the community, working hard to create interest, sparing time to discuss about the All Blacks, the inner gears of the ME and BR in general.

Hell, you even gave me the reins for some games in the last EOST, which was really really really a thing I enjoyed (even if I felt an enormous responsibility).

Thanks for so much hard work. A big part of my decision to keep a monster of a player like Gordy Booth to train him myself all the way to the All Blacks was to repay the effort I have seen you put in the All Blacks; If you were doing all that, how could I possibly sell him to get some millions $ and risking him not being trained for the All Blacks? This is why I decide to play the long game instead of getting the big bucks.

To be fair:

1) My team focus is firstly on training for U20s and AB. This  leaves my team unbalanced with a 500k CSR top player and 140k CSR bottom player leaving room for other teams to exploit my weaknesses

Is the quality of NZ teams dropping somewhat? I tend to bounce between III and IV, and have somehow won my first two games this season in III...

I don't think I've ever won two in a row in div III before. Maybe I'm just in a weak league.

@specialk the number has dropped. Now there are really just a few teams in division IV.

193-0 in round one sparky, have never cracked 200 though.

I still have a full div IV, but dropping numbers would contribute somewhat to a lowering of quality

Yikes, just noticed that I jumped up 5 spots in the NZ rankings this week. Now #15! Also #1 in Otago!

Nearly in the top 100 in all of BR too.
