okay, i dont know this answer to this at all but im assuming someone here does...

finally have upgraded my youth aacademy to max once again...

whilst youth are trained in the youth academy, is youth training capped at 14 skill?
or is it capped at 14.99?

No hard cap, but a soft cap that eventually turns training into a rendition of a herd of tortoises stampeding through peanut butter

um, any idea at what point training reaches that tortoise level? i.e. once a player reaches 14 skill, it is better to promote...or keep in the academy for a bit longer...
