Some shitty math but thought it was an interesting experiment. Graphing the stars vs CSR data above yields you this.



Using that formula to see the expected CSR based on the Stars sees Italy achieving an average of 6877 above expected CSR, the USA achieving an average of 7180 above expected CSR, and New Zealand achieving an average of 14058 below expected CSR. New Zealand's result is exaggerated because of the data used, get all of the data in there and you'll get a kinder result.
