Bloody old man tactics, only 280k CSR and unbelievable stars that could beat anyone in BR.

Whatever happens, I'm losing the NZ No.1 spot today, probably forever, well deserved some say!

Well I haven't won anything yet but I am playing to win. Never even got an overnight world No.1 position so have to keep it up and at least try or go down in a blaze of anti-climax.

Footnote: for such good weather the handling on both sides has been diminished. Don't know if it's just my game or if there's a constant around.

My opponent is 54-3 down and takes the penalty kick. Think the decision making formulas need another look at.

Though considering they've only made 15 metres throughout the game so far. Maybe they're happy with three points?

1) Reach no.1 if possible and blow my load in all senses trying for it, then fizzle out like a cheap champagne
2) Get beaten and lose ranking points early, get angry and work beyond W7 or get consumed by apathy*

*(to be misconstrued as throwing toys out of pram )

Anyone played Hamilton Revolution here? Tips on how to take them down in my qualifier would be much appreciated

Played them a while back now, so couldn't offer any insight into their current squad but the game I remember I was hammered, good team and manager.

For anyone auto-promoting or auto-demoting, I'm not 100% that this method is still the exact method used or if it's been tweaked. There's also the possibility that any teams going bot between now and the end of the week will also alter things.

But here's what league you're being sent to. Just look for your team name, and the team you're paired with is the one you're replacing. So for example, the Bot in I.1 is going down to II.2 while Rage Against The Latrine goes up to I.1. Or Purple Pumpkins is going down to III.14 while the Mighty O's goes up to II.3

Whelp, my enormous tactical screw-up in the semi has cost me the final, lost by 6 points so I'm left languishing in Div III again - nobody but myself to blame but at this stage I'm not heading back out the door

My SK team won their final though and have a Qualifier to promote - watch this space.

All 4 of my teams has finals and I won 4 of them None were even remotely close.

What does the "p" stand for when you all say pltnt, is it a NZ thing?

Play. I think it is a habit for some kiwis derived from ages ago.

Cheers Sparky. It had me confused for a long time, thinking there was some codification to styles of ltnt: pseudo, platonic, partial, patient, psycho, pernicious, pladitudinous etc. etc.

On a side-note, I hope I don't get pulled up over my new name change for the main team. I was also thinking of changing my Argie team to Malvinas Nuestras RFC to see if some pom complains but that would be ever so slightly irresponsible of me.(*)

(*Wasn't really going to do it, yesterday was definitely in the top 5 jaw-dropping acts of classlessness ever in BR, and the tone of defiance is a wee overspill of what's happening over there in RL; fun times ahead in that corner of the world.)
