Johnny Storm's dropped below 500k CSR now

@Pantherus I really think when he told you "I will be your first five forever" he really did mean forever, and I have no doubts he's now trying his best to be with you for as long as possible.

In the future I see a vacancy in Night Runner's kicking trainer position... Do you know someone who could fill it?

Got a kid in my YA that I'll be promoting and training for S32 U20s.

Likely I'll have to buy someone in to be a temporary fill though as he's dropping like a stone and McColl will take too long to be match ready...

Assuming he's losing 6000 CSR per week until week 32:

Season 29
start: 500K CSR
end: 404K CSR

Season 30
start: 404K CSR
end: 308K CSR

Season 31
start: 308K CSR
end: 212K CSR

Season 32
start: 212K CSR
end: 114K CSR

That means you could keep him until the start of season 32 and he would be in the range of 200K.

By that time, a youngster promoted in season 29 with let's say 40000 CSR and increasing at 2000-2500 per week

Season 29
start: 40000
end: 72000 (2000 per week)

Season 30
start: 72000
end: 108000 (2250 per week)

Season 31
start: 108000
end: 148000 (2500 per week)

Season 32
start: 148000
end: 188000 (2500 per week)

So in season 32, round 1 you would have two possible first fives:

McColl, 20 yo, 150K CSR and increasing
Storm, 212K CSR and decreasing

If you see your team playing with McColl at the start of season 32, you should not need a replacement for Storm and keep him until then.

Indeed - all depends on where I am in the Leagues at that point of course. If I'm fighting in Div II or, god forbid, Div I, then I'll need something stronger...

Jeezus Tryasta, I remember having the energy to get excited about little things like this but it seems a long long time ago. But I suppose you picked a functioning community to start off with that doesn't suck it all out of you and turn you cynical, wish I'd done the same but got hoodwinked by patriotism

@razorbladeYfronts oh c'mon! How many times have you done the same exercise? A car starts from point A going to point B at 90mph, a second car departs half an hour later from point B to point A at 60mph. Calculate where both cars will meet if

a) point A and point B are separated by 45miles.
b) the wind blows in the direction from A to B at constant speed of 30mph (assume 1.05 atm constant pressure and dynamic coefficient of a car = 1.3)
c) there is a toll between A and B that can be modeled as a MM1 queue with lambda times rho = 0.01. Assume both drivers pay with coins and the standard time to find any coin is 2 to 5 seconds.
d) to avoid the toll the driver going from A takes a secondary road. The secondary road's speed limit is 50mph. (assume the weight of a standard cow is 250 kg and crashes between cows and cars occur only at evening/night with an exponential variable distribution)
e) calculate the same exercise as in point d assuming the shepherd is a woman.

a) What if point A is Gaza City and point B is Jerusalem? (45 miles )
b) I know that being from Catalunya you're obsessed with tolls, but not everybody has them
c) I prefer trains, I don't know how I've still got maximum points on my licence
d) Even if the cowherd is a woman, I know women farmers and there's no difference in masculinity from their male counterparts
e) What if there's a brothel, but just on one side?

Actually I don't drive myself so I have never been bothered by tolls even if a lifetime ago I lived in Catalunya

Ah, the ambiguity of the english language. Do you mean that you yourself don't drive or that you have a chauffeur (Tryasta is one of the 1%)?

Thanks pretty stoked really! I got quite lucky though being able to play ltnt vs normal in my semi, final and qualifier. Will be great to play in a league where all the managers are competitive enough to set a lineup each week, even if I am getting smashed

I had an eye on that gunslingers challenge last night, awesome game. Congrats also to Sambo who won his qualifier to promote into my old league, buccal could have his work cut out for him in there

Aye it is all about the high rating points everyone has. Beat them to keep contentment high and fill up a 40k or even 45k stadium for heaps for money.

Batman asked recently if there were records of who had had more ranking points. Cairnswm told him his 99+ was actually the highest ever in BR. So I assume he's trying to get 100. If I am right and he's after that goal, where else would he go other than NZ? I guess he's loking forward for the Cup matchups to play against Sparker, chewy, razor...
