Breaking news this just in...Batman has left NZ! He now resides in South Africa.

Can't find the correct smiley to convey my feelings but a mixture of

Talked to him earlier today. He said he was leaving because it was difficult for him to follow matches in such a different time zone.

I guess that means EE.1 is again up for grabs.

I had emailed earlier in the week to see if he was staying or going (maybe I was trying to hint to him)...he wouldn't say...but im also happy to see him go

a season too late though....I ended up with 2 runner-up trophies with him there!

and now we have a bot in league one...that one seemed to slip through....

Not sure about that. My star ratings are fairly mediocre. Most of my forwards CSR is tied up in the gold lineout star

Bugger, got thrashed by the Dingos today.... was a little optimistic and ended up wasting energy.

Unfortunately/not sure quite how I managed it but my affiliate is now stronger than my main team....

Maybe because you consistently train multiple players for the U20's? Should be a good long term strategy, though.

Yea long term 3 a generation ought to result in a good squad and potentially could be 100% home grown but whether I get there before v2 makes this version obsolete I don't know....

finally managed to throw away some money and get this guy for 3.8 mil.

S32 R1 Sat, 11:00am Aged from 27 to 28 (CSR 470451).
I'm hoping the reduction in CSR is due to form and not early retirement....will find out tomorrow...

Great start on my first ever division II season, with two wins in a row. Didn't expect an away victory by 40 points, but I'll take it..

I feel my team is really coming together now. Hopefully that experience will help me in BR2.

Made life very difficult for myself by forgetting to set a lineup for today.
Also in typically poor management my default lineup has the wing who can't catch or kick coming on as injury cover for my 10.... Hopefully my energy advantage will carry me

Wish I had played WNWIM myself this weekend too. Now I ended up with a clear loss on normal, and with a feeling of being over-extended with my cup game vs. Fellas coming up.

And what about Fellas? @Elsteveo played his seconds on WNWIM, of course. 0-1, Katipos vs. Fellas regarding energy management..

Yea too right, I probably shouldn't have bothered talking up the foxes in that article... Hercs stars not looking that high so he might've caught it.
Sparker vs the catfish could still be alright but I have a feeling ILMS is going to run away with it.
I thought my game.might've been alright but I caught a look at my opponent's lineup and changed my intensity to WNWIM.
I think I'll be watching the fellas katipos match tonight...
Hate to pick sides, but I'm gonna have to support my old league rival, up the Fellas!
